Though we’re not even half-way through winter, hopefully this past weekend’s weather has you thinking about spring soccer! Registration for the 2013 Spring Soccer season is open until February 15th. Please read-on and visit the North Allegheny Soccer Club website to register. Though the first games aren’t likely until April, we need to line-up the teams now so we can hit the ground running when its time. Getting well over a thousand players and a couple-hundred coaches lined up in the system is a big undertaking, so your prompt registration is important and your help is needed as a volunteer, if possible.
Registration for NASC’s Spring 2013 Soccer Season is now open. Registration continues through February 15.
If your child will be between 4 years old (“under 5” or U5) and 9 years old (U10) as of July 31, 2012, go to www.nasoccerclub.com to register for the recreational program (your username is listed above). A $25 late fee will be charged beginning February 16, and registration closes March 1, 2013.
If your child will be between the ages of 10 and 18 years old on August 1, go to http://pa-nallegheny.affinitysoccer.com to register for our travel program. Registration for the travel program CLOSES on February 15.
If you are registering more than one child, you may need to go to two different websites and pay separately to register your children (if one is playing travel and one is in recreation).
Those who made one of the Division 4 Travel teams must register at the travel website as well.
Please consider registering soon so you can avoid the late fee, or the disappointment of not getting a place on a team.
NASC uses a reversible jersey for the U5 through U10 recreational programs. The cost is $25 and the jerseys can be picked up at Soccer Source in late March.
The travel programs use a jersey set (one white and one gold). The cost is $35 and these will be distributed through your child’s coach.
Please confirm whether your child needs a new uniform for the fall and place the order when you register. It saves you and the volunteers from having to do extra work.
Please consider volunteering as a coach or administrator. You can do this online while registering your child. There are lots of tasks that require no soccer experience and can even be done despite busy work travel schedules.
Check out our new NASC twitter feed as well.
